It’s always that one that screws it up for everybody. Yahoo has recently decided to ban employees from working at home claiming there were people that took advantage of the freedom and a lot more can be accomplished if everyone is in the office.
There is always pros and cons to decisions. Will productivity decreased once people are secluded in a cubicle? Will it increase like they hope? Everybody is not built for the office scene. Some employees may quit.
My thing is does this affect freelance writers? The keyword here is freelance technically freelancers works for themselves but if you are a consistent freelancer does that mean you have to come into the Yahoo offices too? Somebody got that answer, a representative from Yahoo maybe? Let me know, I’m for sure I am not the only inquiring mind interested in this.
Peace and luv!
